Individual therapy helps you to explore yourself and discover what makes you un-happy, what is affecting your relationship with others, what is causing depression, anxiety or other uncomfortable symptoms.
During our sessions we explore your present and your past, and we create a new roadmap for a future that works better for you. We discover the parts of you that are slowing your growth and the parts that are already helping you to be who you want and are meant to be.
The therapy techniques I use are: Internal Family Systems, LifeSpan integration, Hakomi, Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness Practices.
